You are welcome to return any item you buy from us. We accept returns within 10 days of your delivery. Please open and inspect your purchases on receipt.
For general return purposes, let’s say you change your mind, or the product doesn’t work for you, you are responsible for the return label purchase.
The reason we don’t offer free return labels is to do so means we have worked the cost of the return label into the price of our products, no matter whether you return the product to us or not. That means each and every customer will have paid for a return label on each and every product, whether the customer used the label or not.
To keep our prices low, we don’t use this built-in return pricing practice. We believe you should only pay for a return when you are actually returning a product.
Items for return must be in brand new, unaltered, and unused condition.
To make a return, simply repackage your product in the condition it was sent to you, purchase a label, and pop it in the mail. Once your return is received in good condition, we will refund your purchase in the same payment manner you used to make the purchase. Allow 5-10 days for your bank to process the funds.
We refund returns promptly when they are received, but allow 10-14 days for slow deliveries, lost mail, and other unforeseen events. Reach our support team with questions or concerns below.
If your product is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us promptly. Send our support team an email at hello@floralhomeandholiday.com and include 2-3 photos of the damage. We will correct your purchase promptly.
